All the News for Day Three

Yesterday we discovered some lovely, relaxed places to spend an afternoon sampling cocktails.

The big squishy sofas and soft music at Cactus Cafe Bar are a perfect accompaniment to a cocktail, and they’re all £5 with a wristband, they also have wristbands available behind the bar, so you can grab yours if you’re passing.

We also enjoyed some dessert style cocktails. The Pumpkin Spice White Russian and Raspberry Chocolate Martini at The Earlham Arms were a big hit, as was the Lemon Meringue Pie at Warwick St Social.

There are also some evening favourites, that make a great relaxed location for a quiet afternoon drink. Away from the bustle of the evening crowds we enjoyed 2-4-1 Cocktails at The Doghouse and the £5 menu at Be At One. On Wednesday from 5pm Be At One are holding a drop in masterclass where anyone with a wristband can also get the chance to learn a bit more about the specials and jump behind the bar and make their own!

If you’ve not yet bought your wristband, then they are still available. Check out the list of venues where they are available to buy.
