As well as Cocktails, Cocktail Week is a good chance to try out somewhere new to eat. With the bars on our list offering dining options ranging from light snacks through to a full 5 course menu there will be something to tickle your taste buds whatever you fancy!

Somewhere smart
If you want somewhere you can enjoy a proper dinner in beautiful surroundings, these are our favourites.
Warwick St Social is open for lunch and dinner, with a menu designed by Chef Daniel Smith, currently appearing on the Great British Menu on BBC 2. The menu is classic, with a contemporary twist. You could have a burger or a steak, or you could go more upmarket with foraged wild mushroom orzo pasta or sea salt belly pork. On Sundays they serve a traditional roast dinner.

SGH Bistro is a relaxed dining space in the St Giles House Hotel. Their a la carte menu offers seasonal, locally sourced dishes such as Cromer crab risotto and fillet of Norfolk beef.
Enjoy an Old Fashioned or any of their selection of Mojitos for just £5.
A must for foodies. Cocktail enthusiasts and food lovers alike will have a chance to try out some unique cocktail and food combinations during cocktail week . Try 5 courses selected from their 2 AA rosette A La Carte menu with a cocktail designed to complement each course.
The Wild Knight Maids Head Martini is just £6 for wristbands wearers during Cocktail Week.
East Twenty Six is a lovely, relaxed, contemporary space where you can enjoy casual tapas style snacks at the counter bar, or a full meal in their upstairs restaurant. Enjoy Cauliflower shawarma with caramelised onions, pine nuts, crispy cauliflower and tahini dressing or a Hot chorizo, butter bean and charred peach salad with lemon dressing while you sip your 2 for £10 cocktails. Then tuck into Feta & honey cheesecake, roasted plums and almonds and another cocktail for dessert, as they are also offering dessert and a cocktail for £10 during Cocktail Week.
The Library is a brasserie, bar and grill which cooks most of their menu on a large wood fired grill. The building itself is an old public library, with beautiful high ceilings and original features. Stop in and have a pre dinner 2-4-1 Cocktail between 5-7pm with your wristband before tucking into fillet of wood-grilled sea bass or butternut squash, coconut and chilli pie.
The Mulberry is a brasserie in the Golden Triangle with a light, bright and airy dining space. They serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

Casual Dining
For a more relaxed lunch or dinner serving hearty food, these are some great places to try!
The Cottage is a great local pub on Silver Road that serves tasty home cooked food Sunday-Thursday.
Their meatball sub is amazing, and you can wash it down with 2 Cocktails for £8.
To go with their name the Doghouse serves an interesting selection of Hot Dogs. With pork or vegetarian options available, you can top it with pesto and mozzarella to make The Dogfather or add creamed spinach and cabbage salad for The Motherdog. In total there are 10 varieties of hot dog, plus fries, and all Cocktails are 2-4-1 with a wristband.
Gonzo’s is famous for its burgers and its menu of chicken wings with a huge selection of flavours, peanut butter and jelly wings anyone? On Thursday 13th you can book a ticket for their Bourbon and Burgers evening. For £28, or just £20 with a Cocktail week wristband you can enjoy any of their burgers, including the evenings special with home made Buffalo Trace Bourbon BBQ sauce and also be talked through a tasting of at least 5 amazing Bourbons from the Buffalo Trace range by one of their brand ambassadors. If you fancy pizza then Pop Up at 79 is home to Smokin’ Doughs serving wood fired neapolitan pizzas and middle eastern inspired charcoal kebabs. Wash it down with 2 for £10 Cocktails from By the Cat Cocktails.
Brew Dog has a great, relaxed atmosphere where you can wash your burger down with their £5 Cocktail Week special.
Cactus is a place for day time Cocktails as it closes at 5:30 during the week. Have a late lunch and with a £5 Cocktail, or stop in at the weekend when they open a little later.
Something Different
If you fancy something a bit different, then these bars do something a little out of the ordinary, whether it’s street food, tapas or a more creative take on pub grub.
North offers a creative, ever changing menu and is great for vegans and vegetarians. During Cocktail week they’ll also have discounted Cocktail Week specials with your wristband.
Franks are the sister bar to North, and also a great place to eat for vegetarians and vegans. From Red Quinoa, green bean and watercress salad to a mezze platter to share. They will also have a discounted cocktail menu during Cocktail Week.
Mr Postles offers something different from your standard pub grub to soak up the £5 cocktails they will be serving during Cocktail Week. Whether you fancy gin cured salmon or potted beef brisket we’re sure there will be something to tickle your fancy.
Bedfords Bar offers street food in portions designed to share. There’s a variety of dishes including pulled pork, falafels and chicken wings.
Pop in between 5 and 9pm and enjoy them with a £5 cocktail if you have a wristband.
The Earlham Arms is pub grub with a sophisticated twist. Using seasonal and local produce, the menu changes each fortnight and liquer suggestions are offered with each course. Enjoy Chicken & Leek Pie, or a Beef Steak ciabatta burger with your choice of topping as well as £1.50 all Cocktails.
42 King Street offer tapas, with a bit of a British twist. Their menu changes regularly but you might find pan fried pigeon breast, baba ganoush and whitebait all available in tapas sized portions to share.
